One-on-one, group and online classes range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. For years 7-10 we recommend 60 minute lessons. For years 11-12 we recommend 90 minute lessons.
Supervised study lessons are booked for one-hour intervals.

If you cannot make it to a scheduled Class, please let us know as soon as possible.
Your Enrolment comes with one make-up Class per School Term free of charge, subject to availability that you can use if you miss your scheduled Class, provided that you have a reasonable excuse as per below.
Any request by you to cancel an Enrolment and/or a scheduled Class must be made in writing to us at info@arctuition.com.au as soon as practicable, and in the case of a scheduled Class, not less than 24 hrs before the applicable scheduled Class.
Where you cannot attend a Class for any reason (for example, if you are sick), and you provide proof of those circumstances to us that we request (such as a doctor’s certificate), and we agree that those circumstances constitute a reasonable excuse not to attend a Class, we will either:
(a) provide a refund of some or all of the Fees corresponding to a cancelled Enrolment and/or scheduled Class;
(b) provide you with a credit; or
(c) allow you to reschedule your attendance to another day and time (subject to availability).

Supervised study is dedicated time for students to work through homework or prepare for an exam with a tutor available to answer questions.
Our study sessions are conducted in a quiet environment with a maximum of 10 students.

Yes, trial lessons are available before committing to more lessons. We believe in finding the right tutor and right type of tuition for everyone.

Lessons are booked and paid for one school term in advance.
If a student misses a lesson and adequate notice is given, a lesson credit may be awarded.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the Tutoring Services, you can cancel your Enrolment at any time.
Except where in our Terms and Conditions state that we will provide a refund, or where we are required to provide a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, cancelling your Enrolment will not entitle you to any refund.
